Production Timeline

  • All Huma Mistry garments are made-to-order and handcrafted.
  • Our standard production timeline is 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • Production timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design, embellishment work, or order volume.
  • Production begins once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully, including selected size, design, and shipping address.
  • Once an order has been confirmed and entered into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once production is completed, orders will be dispatched through our designated shipping partners.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing requirements.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Delays & External Circumstances

  • Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • International logistics disruptions
    • Customs processing delays
    • Carrier operational delays
    • Regional transit disruptions
    • Weather events or geopolitical conditions affecting shipping routes
  • While Huma Mistry works closely with its shipping partners to facilitate timely delivery, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed in the event of such unforeseen circumstances.

Transit Liability

  • Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service.
  • Huma Mistry is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or international transit disruptions.
  • In the event of a shipment delay or delivery issue, our team will assist customers in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter, subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All Huma Mistry garments are made-to-order.
  • Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our garments, all sales are final.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been placed.

Sizing & Measurements

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and measurements when placing an order.
  • Huma Mistry is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or size selection.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

  • All Huma Mistry garments are handcrafted and hand-embellished.
  • Slight variations in embroidery, embellishment placement, fabric tone, or finishing may occur.
  • These variations are considered a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
