Exchange & Return Policy

At Huma Mistry, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As part of our commitment to exclusivity and quality, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged piece, our Client Care team will be delighted to assist you. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@humamistry.com, including your order number and clear images of the item. We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the same product.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Huma Mistry reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as item unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments by the issuing financial institution.
